Meet the bee who shows up when parents worry
Kyle would rather play Punch-Out than eat his mom's chicken and veggies. His best friend Jason gets out of breath just walking down the stairs. Then a talking, muscle-bound bee flies through the window.
His name is BeeActive. He doesn't lecture. He speaks their language: food is your power-up, exercise is how you level up, and your body has stats you can train.
This course brings BeeActive's lessons from the book BeeActive: The Bee of Movement to life, one mission at a time.
Two tracks. One mission.
Fitness Track (20 lessons): Cardio, strength, balance, games, stretching and building habits that stick. Kids do jumping jacks, animal walks, freeze dance, tag variations and their own obstacle course.
Nutrition Track (6 lessons): Food as fuel, power-up fruits and veggies, smart snack swaps, reading food labels, water power, and cooking BeeActive's Berry Blast Smoothie.
Curriculum
What your child gets
• 26 short missions: each lesson takes about 10 minutes, including the activity
• Badges to unlock: from Player One to Kitchen Hero
• A Stat Check: kids test their strength, speed, balance and energy at the start, then retake it to see how much they've leveled up
• Recipes from the book: smoothies, snacks and family meals kids can help make
• No equipment: a towel-sized space at home is enough
• Lifetime access: go at your own pace and repeat favorite lessons
Positive, never shaming
BeeActive celebrates effort. There is no talk about weight or "bad" bodies, and treats are "special add-ons," not forbidden foods.
Safe at home
Every activity uses the floor and a clear space. Lessons include short notes for grown-ups.
Let's get moving
Each lesson sends kids off the screen to do the mission. Many missions invite parents, brothers, sisters, and friends to join in.
